The organizational focus is on your management team, their leadership style and your teams.  It has been said that there are NO great companies, only great teams. I would add 'only great people within teams' and therefore, concentrate on an organization's team dynamics, leadership, and effectiveness specific to project teams, virtual teams, or departmental teams.  
 
 
Surveys - we can create, administer, interpret, report and provide necessary follow-up from the results of attitude surveys, employee opinion surveys, climate studies, Personal Communications Styles Inventory Assessment. By understanding your key drivers, we can craft the key components to be surveyed.  Surveys can be completed via web-based, interview, or paper/pen formats.  Findings encompass comparisons to other organizations and provides recommendations for your organizational enhancement. 

360 Degree Reviews - using the 360 degree feedback process as a basis to collect specific survey information in combination with individual interviews to determine how well your organization’s leaders are meeting the organization's strategic goals or competencies.  We then work with the leader or manager to craft a professional development plan to begin working toward enhancement. 

Group Dynamics - by observing how your teams or groups define themselves, set goals, determine roles, use resources, define responsibilities, plan and define objectives, define and measure success, and execute the plan, we can understand how they are performing (or not).  These observations lead to focused meetings to address issues, strategic plan next steps, and learn techniques to build cohesiveness, engagement, and high performance.

Climate Study - this tool creates the opportunity for your organization’s leaders in your organization to learn how employees, peers, colleagues, senior management or the executive team perceives him or her.  This valuable tool helps you to learn how well you are meeting strategic direction, how well you are working with others, and your overall professional persona.  We use combined qualitative and quantitative approach to collect the data with web-based surveys customized to highlight topics of interest to you.

Leadership Development - our approach will help your organization’s leaders identify and assess his or her own effectiveness, behaviors and challenges to determine alignment between their values with your organization’s goals. We look to integrate your organizations business objectives to the individual developmental needs to create a collaborative, honest, safe relationship for assessment, feedback, measurement, and ongoing coaching. It is our desire to provide an outlet for leaders to enhance their competencies and achieve measurable results.
