Have you hugged your team today?  Not just the person who came in mopey because of personal issues that everyone was lucky to hear about.  Not just the person who was up too late playing video games and the coffee hasn't kicked in yet.  I mean the person on your team who is making jokes, who is revving everyone up with all of their energy.  Everyone deserves a workplace hug, of any form, like a thank you, a long lunch, a day off, or just a pat on the back.   Have you hugged your team today?
